Since 1996 Palm Imports has been a leading importer and manufacturer of custom poker chips and gaming accessories worldwide. In 2005 we invested in the equipment and technology in order to manufacture custom ceramic poker chips here at our Daytona Beach Florida facility. In four short years PI has grown to become one of the largest custom ceramic poker chip manufacturers in the USA.
Custom ceramic poker chips continue to gain stride with casinos and gaming establishments- primarily due to the unlimited creative design(s) available only to ceramic poker chips.
Also, ceramic poker chips are lead free- an important consideration in choosing which gaming chip to use within your establishment.
In 2010 we are adding multiple machines in order to produce abs chips stateside. Custom molds can be made for casinos and gaming establishments who require unique mold characteristics in order to safeguard their product line.
PGI is also in the process of setting up a new CLAY manufacturing facility. Finalization of this purchase should be complete this July, with manufacturing of true compression clay chips within 180 days.

Our in-house production of ceramic chips is approximately 10,000 chips per day. Our in-house custom inlay capacity on our stock poker chips is approximately 5000 chips per day.
We currently stock 8 stripe abs, 6 stripe clay, assorted customizable blanks, tricolor clay and compression edgespot clay poker chips which can be custom printed using your supplied artwork.
Our ceramic product line includes 39mm ceramic chips in addition to a 39mm ceramic/inlay chip in TWO inlay sizes, 43mm ceramic chips in addition to a 43mm ceramic/inlay, plaques and also 2 inch ceramic dealer buttons. New for 2010 will be the addition of hexagonal ceramic chips.
Palm Imports is primarily a wholesale manufacturer and resellers are welcome to request a vendor application. Upon application approval you will be provided a unique username and password for access to our dealer area.
