Palm Imports is one of the world's largest manufacturers of custom ceramic poker chips including plaques and ceramic dealer buttons.
Our ceramic blanks are made to our specifications and are considered some of the most accurate ceramic blanks in the industry.
Our Equinox series V NO SPIN ceramic chips are approximately 10 grams in weight- feature a hi gloss edge- and are accurate to within .003 inches.

Available on all ceramic chips: custom edge stripes including text on edge or embedded graphics.
One or two images per chip.NO setup fee -NO artwork fee( up to 30 minutes per order) -NO PLATE FEES.
We are one of the few manufacturers who can also offer ALIGNED edge stripes/faces-- where the face design of the chip is carried to the edge design of the chip-

Also available are: 43mm custom ceramic chips, 2 inch custom ceramic dealer buttons and our newest addition: custom ceramic plaques/cheques.

New for 2010: Matte and Hi-gloss dealer buttons, 39mm ceramic/hybrid chips in TWO inlay sizes and a new 43mm ceramic/hybrid with large inlay.

For casino and gaming clients- we offer custom molds with imbedded  debossed markings and special narrow spectrum UV inks- making counterfeiting a thing of the past.

Chip Terminology

Casino Clay( Compression molded clay)- made using compression molding- different then injection molding. Inlays are pressed into chip when chip material is hot resulting in a bonded inlay/chip. Standard weigths are between 10- 10.5 grams

Injection molded clay- clay like material- usually a clay composite material- made using injection molding equipment

Most feature a metal insert which adds weight to the chip. Standard weights are between 11.5 gms and 14 grams

Injection molded abs- abs/plastic chip made using injection molding equipment.

Standard weights are between 11.5 and 14 grams

Ceramic chips: a polymer blend whereby images are imbedded INTO the chip material- including the edge.

Standard weights are between 10- 10.5 grams

Our new hybrid ceramic features custom printed edgestripe and face border but accepts a custom printed inlay.
Designed by Palm Imports in 2007, this new hybrid blank is made  using the same specifications as our Equinox series of ceramic chip.

Two inlay sizes are available- 1.000 inch and 1.180 inch
