We are one of the few manufacturers who can also offer ALIGNED edgestripes/faces-- where the face design of the chip is carried to the edge design of the chip-

Designed by Palm Imports in 2007, this new hybrid blank is made using the same specifications as our Equinox series of ceramic chip.
Ceramic Artwork requirements: ( 39mm)
AI or PSD file preferred although a hi res JPG por BMP can be used.
Face diameter 1.550 inches x 1.550 inches incl bleed
Edgestripe: 128mm x 3.375mm
Make edgespots symmetrical however: make the left and right edgespot 1/2 diameter as this is the junction point on the edge-this will keep all edgespots
symmetrical in appearance.
Artwork Guidelines at a glance
1- Canvas size/duciment size MUST be identical
to the artwork file size.
2- For ceramics, 1.550 inch x 1.550 inch document
or canvas box with 1.550 inch round artwork file
Edgestripes: 128mm x 3.375mm
( make the document size/box 128mm x 3.375mm)
4- AI, PSD, JPG,BMP is preferred in that order
